Booking Conditions

On making booking with www.losgranadosrentals.com or www.elviria-holidays.com you will be required to confirm your booking details in writing and to pay deposit of 20%. The 20% deposit is non-refundable. In the event of booking accommodation within 6 weeks, the full amount will need to be paid to make the booking. In this case the full 100% is non-refundable.

You must pay the balance shown on the final invoice in cash on your arrival or at least 4 weeks before your arrival unless alternative arrangements have been in writing by an authorized member of our staff.

The accommodation will be available for you from 4 o’clock pm (16:00) on the day of your arrival. However, we will make every effort to have your accommodation ready for you earlier if necessary. All accommodation must be vacated by 10 o’clock am (10:00) on the day of departure, unless you have made prior arrangements with a member of staff to stay later.

We reserve the right to make changes to holidays and website details, both before and after your booking is confirmed. As we plan these arrangements many months in advance, sometimes the accommodation which we have available may change, and this may affect your holiday. In the event that we have to change your booking and are unable to provide you with an alternative of an equal standard and location, we will refund any money paid to us in full, and shall be under no further liability.

In the very unlikely event that the accommodation you have booked ceases to be available, and we are unable to offer a suitable alternative on behalf of the owner, we will refund any money paid to us in full, and shall be under no further liability.

Unless otherwise stated, the prices quoted are inclusive of cleaning before & after your stay, and with bed linen and towels changed weekly. . If you wish to arrange any additional cleaning / laundry changes during your stay you should contact us as early as possible to make these arrangements. The price also includes electricity & water costs.

W can also not be held responsible for any building or maintenance works which are being carried out within your accommodation’s complex or the surrounding area. We will however do our best to inform you of any such works, offering the option of an alternative accommodation, if necessary, where possible.

In the event that you lose the key to the rental property, or lock yourselves out, or have a similar client generated emergency, requiring a member of Prestige Vacations staff to be called to assist you, out of office hours, you will be responsible for an emergency call out charge. During office hours, there is no charge for this service (Monday – Friday 10am – 6pm and Saturday 10am – 2pm). However, from 6pm – 11pm the callout charge is 50 Euros and from 11pm – 10am, the call out charge is 100 Euros. You will also be responsible for any charges resulting from such an incident, such as a locksmith call out fee.

***In most of our apartments, if you leave a key on the inside of the door and then close the door behind you, you will not be able to open the door from the outside, even with another key. In this case we will have to call a locksmith to assist you, and you will responsible for any charges which arise from this***

If you lose a set of keys, you will be charged a replacement fee which varies depending on the type of lock. If a remote control for a car park is lost, there is an extra fee of 50 Euros to replace it.

We have made arrangements with a reputable car hire company to provide pre-booked car hire at fully inclusive prices. We do not however, operate the car hire company, and only act as the reservation agent whether or not the car is included in an inclusive price. You must be satisfied with the rental conditions, insurance and condition of the car before taking delivery.

We shall not be held responsible for the death or personal injury of the client or any person named on the booking form, or any other person at the property. We shall not be responsible for any loss, breach or delay due to any cause beyond their reasonable control (eg. Explosion, flood, fire or accident, war or threat of war, civil disturbance, governmental strikes, other industrial actions and adverse weather conditions). In any case such as this, we will treat the contract as discharged. In the event that the contract is discharged in any of these (or similar) situations, our liability shall be to refund the sums paid to them in respect of the unused portion of the holiday calculated on a pro rata basis less an administrative charge of 20 Euros to cover reasonable expenses.

We cannot be held responsible for the breakdown of mechanical equipment such as pumps, boilers, swimming pool filtration systems etc, nor for failure of public utilities such as water, gas or electricity. Neither are we responsible for noise or disturbance originating beyond the boundaries of the holiday accommodation, or which is out of their control.
